Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment (for appointments on Mondays no later than 12.00 noon on Friday).

Cancellations can only be made by phone on +32(0)3 888.74.88.

We will only accept same day cancellations in very exceptionable circumstances. Late cancellations will be subject to charges (minimum 30 euros) and we reserve the right to request a reservation fee before scheduling a new appointment.

Parking

1. It is usually possible to park right in front of our clinic: Verbindingsdok-oostkaai 23
2. Failing this, we have underground parking facilities at Napoleonkaai 21
